Now Hiring - Sales Associate in Grove City, OH

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing and securing new accounts. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers and vendors to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, services, and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product/service features
• Seek new leads, potential customers and vendors.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

• Build productive trust relationships with customers/vendors
• Travel: visit clients on site at their locations, this may be to maintain relationship or review their warehouses and specific needs.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Hands-on experience with business to business sales
• Familiarity with business practices (Recycling)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to travel
• High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
